Quality Control

At Shine On we strive to provide our clients with the highest standard cleaning service available. We aim to find a cost-effective solution to any cleaning task, without compromising the quality of our work. All our work is completed to the highest of standards.

On the completion of ever job we will seek a signed Satisfaction Certificate from the client, indicating that they are happy with the work carried out. Satisfaction Certificates give our clients the opportunity to express any concerns and to make comments regarding our work, on the completion of any cleaning task. We take this very seriously and strive to meet all of our customers’ needs.

In addition, we are now offering our clients Fieldmotion – a cloud-based digital platform that allows real-time data capture of work done on site. Clients can log in at any time for a comprehensive report of work completed. Details include: the operative who carried out the work, the time & date they were there, photos of the work, and much more. It also allows clients to review work that is booked in for their various buildings/properties. As well as being a great communication tool, Fieldmotion keeps all of our clients’ data and work evidence at their fingertips.

Our management team also carry out regular, independent, quality spot checks to be certain that we continue to maintain the highest standards of window cleaning within the industry.

Shine On Window Cleaning are SafeContractor approved and adheres to a safe working environment at all times. We are well aware of our legal obligations and regard safety as the most important, factor within our business. Before any contract or cleaning task commences, a full and comprehensive risk and method assessment is carried out and submitted to the client.

A key feature, in ensuring that all Shine On operatives are fully aware of their responsibilities, is the provision of comprehensive training. Not only does this include methods of operation and best practices, but also vital safety training.
